Trainee Housing Needs Officer – North West London

Job Description:

Housing Needs Officer Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with their housing needs and provide support throughout the application process.
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to determine client eligibility for housing assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient allocation of housing resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and program effectiveness.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., social work, sociology, or related discipline).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
