Administrative Housing Needs Options Officer – Colindale
iPeople Solutions is recruiting an Administrative Housing Needs Officer to work for our client based in Colindale and surrounding areas.
As an Administrative Housing Needs Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996 Parts VI and VII as amended by the Homeless Reduction Act.
You will be required to conduct thorough housing assessments, provide guidance on available options, and collaborate with colleagues to reduce homelessness and unsuitable housing in the borough.
Our client is offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a background in Customer Services or are willing to learn about housing, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
We believe that your skills and qualifications will enable you to make a significant contribution to our client's team and help us achieve our goal of reducing homelessness in the borough.
