**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an IT Support Apprentice to join our team at QA. As an IT Support Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge in IT systems and networking, while working on real-world projects and collaborating with our experienced team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer support queries using our existing support database across multiple channels
- Contribute to the development of our support database by creating articles and guides for new features
- Test and debug new versions and features under the guidance of our development team
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating client account settings and creating documentation
**Requirements:**
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Ability to learn quickly and think critically to solve problems
**Working Hours:**
35-40 hours per week, with a shift pattern of either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
