Early Years Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to join our Early Years Department on a fixed-term basis for maternity cover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and resources for early years study programmes
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Work collaboratively with the course team to maintain learner punctuality, attendance, retention, achievement, and success
- Develop and implement quality processes and procedures, including internal moderation for relevant awarding bodies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A related degree-level or vocational qualification in the curriculum area
- Relevant vocational experience in the field of education and childcare
- Excellent communication and ICT skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the department
