About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher to join our Early Years Department on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and assess early years study programmes, ensuring excellent student outcomes and progress.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality lesson documentation and teaching resources, aligned with curriculum requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the course team and curriculum leader to maintain learner punctuality, attendance, retention, achievement, and success.
  • Induct, motivate, coach, and guide students through their learning journey, developing inspiring lesson plans and ensuring they are on track.
  • Mark and assess student work, holding regular reviews to help them progress and achieve their goals.
