Early Years Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis for maternity cover. As a key member of our Early Years Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and assess early years study programmes
- Prepare and maintain high-quality lesson documentation and teaching resources
- Work collaboratively with the course team to maintain learner punctuality, attendance, retention, achievement, and success
- Induct, motivate, coach, and guide students through their learning journey
- Develop and deliver inspiring lesson plans, ensuring students are on track and achieving their goals
- Mark and assess student work, holding regular reviews to support student progress
