About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis for maternity cover. As a key member of our Early Years Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and assess early years study programmes
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality lesson documentation and teaching resources
  • Work collaboratively with the course team to maintain learner punctuality, attendance, retention, achievement, and success
  • Induct, motivate, coach, and guide students through their learning journey
  • Develop and deliver inspiring lesson plans, ensuring students are on track and making progress
  • Mark and assess student work, holding regular reviews to support student progress
