As a Claims Service Manager at WTW, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality claims service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing a small allocation of complex claims, ensuring that key client outcomes are met, and providing expert knowledge of industry-specific legislation and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small allocation of complex claims from various streams, including Employers Liability, Public Liability, and Disease.
  • Provide expert knowledge of industry-specific legislation, including Occupiers Liability, ERRA, and Six Pack.
  • Monitor key client outcome performance and take appropriate action to deliver pre-defined service standards.
  • Take ownership of department adherence to key client outcomes, including reassignment of work where necessary.
  • Comply with all aspects of WTW financial processes, including reserving and payment authorization.
  • Deal with day-to-day client queries competently and in line with WTW values.
  • Take a lead role in client meetings and provide quality and accuracy of client reports and MI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
