Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including annual bonus, private health coverage, pension, and 25 days holiday. As a key member of the team, you will have opportunities for fast-track progression and international travel.

Job Description: The Conference Producer will be responsible for building and delivering high-quality programs and events that cover topics such as electric vehicles, connected cars, and autonomous driving. You will manage and increase event gross profit, research and coordinate new program streams, and help expand a network of leaders. Your duties will also include creating project plans, structuring conference/event programs, and driving event narrative. Additionally, you will travel domestically and internationally to support event delivery.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a 2:1 research-based degree, at least 24 months of B2B conference production experience, and strong research and project management skills. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a proactive and engaging attitude, and a willingness to learn and travel.
