We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Swift. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement with Global Complementors and helping us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture established relationships with existing partnerships to enable our partners' success and increase the adoption of Swift services.
  • Represent Swift and promote our portfolio through participation in industry events, workshops, business forums, and conferences.
  • Acquire, capture, and document partner product and services portfolio capabilities.
  • Provide regular market and partner feedback to our Product, Strategy, and commercial teams.
  • Coordinate partner relationship activities, including regular partner reviews to ensure effective engagement on forward-looking plans and delivery on committed objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute partnerships and drive internal process enhancements to facilitate partner enablement.
  • Acquire and manage new strategic platform partnerships, leveraging industry experience to identify and quantify opportunities, risks, and needs to inform business processes, partnerships, and the product roadmap.
Requirements
