MARAC Development Officer

Job Summary: The MARAC Development Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing the MARAC process.

Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per annum
About the Role:
The MARAC Development Officer will work closely with internal departments and partner agencies to develop and implement the MARAC process. This includes providing first-point contact, support, and advice in accordance with LBB MARAC Protocols and Safe Lives Guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement the MARAC process.
- Provide support and advice to internal departments and partner agencies.
- Liaise with senior managers to secure membership to MARACS.
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the MARAC process and protocols.
