About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services in our Heartlands Hospital site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services, in accordance with national and local guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of a high-quality and timely pharmacy service, working collaboratively with the pharmacy team.
  • Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to the efficient management and administration of the pharmacy business, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy manager and other pharmacists to minimize the use of locum pharmacists.
