Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to lead an independent 24-hour hospital in a picturesque part of Central London as a Hospital Manager.

We are seeking an experienced manager with a track record in the vet industry, preferably with experience as a Practice Manager or HRVN.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing veterinary teams from Vets through to Reception and be open to new ideas and guidance. They will also be able to introduce effective solutions to enhance the smooth running of this flagship site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing rota setups for both day and night teams
  • Coordinating clinical meetings and complaint handling (both clinical and service)
  • Effectively delegating tasks to the team

This position comes with a competitive salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience, and a range of benefits.
