Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and busy SME business based in Cobham, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate small events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
- Provide exceptional PA/EA support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with marketing efforts, leveraging Mailchimp and collaborating with marketing agencies to drive business growth.
- Contribute to business development opportunities, identifying and pursuing sales leads.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, utilizing initiative and problem-solving skills to achieve goals.
- Adapt to varying work environments, including quiet office spaces and remote work arrangements.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Stay up-to-date with IT systems, including Excel and CRM software.
- Ensure reliable transportation to and from work, given the office location.
- Work standard hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Proven experience working in a small, busy business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and CRM software.
- Reliable transportation.
