Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at CV Library in Farnborough. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production sites.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Sites Coordinator to work closely with our HSE & Facilities Manager and the wider facilities team to support the core business, improve processes, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Facilities Management: Work hands-on and in the office as part of the facilities team, servicing and maintaining site equipment according to current legislation and health and safety standards.
  2. Repair Monitoring: Prioritise and action repairs within agreed timescales, maintaining strong communication with relevant parties regarding progress.
  3. Contractor Supervision: Supervise and coordinate contractors and auditors, ensuring all permits are in place prior to any work being undertaken.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience with TPM, work scheduling, and HSE standards, particularly in a production facilities role.
  2. Technical Skills: Competence in maintenance tasks and good computer skills, including proficiency with Google, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  3. Flexibility: Ability to travel between sites and flexibility in working hours.
  4. Driving Licence: Clean driving licence is required.
