Job Summary:
Randstad Student Support is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Specialist-one-to-one Study Skills Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support and guidance to students with specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) studying at Universities and/or Colleges in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one study skills support to students with SpLDs, helping them to build on their comprehension skills within reading and writing.
- Work collaboratively with students to identify their individual needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Deliver flexible and adaptable support, including in-person and online sessions, to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Travel to local Universities and Colleges to provide support to students on-site.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective support strategies and resources.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel to local Universities and Colleges.
- Flexibility to work in-person and online.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with students with SpLDs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
