Hospitality and Administration Executive Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Hospitality and Administration Executive to join our team at BLW Recruitment LTD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate conferences, events, and hospitality services
- Manage events, bookings, and client relationships
- Coordinate event setup, running, and supervision
- Meet and greet clients, coordinate event staff, and stakeholders
- Ensure high presentation and delivery standards
- Conduct pre-event, event-handover, and event-debrief discussions
- Provide general administration and assist with marketing
- Carry out dining hall services and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1 year of guest services, hospitality, and administrative experience
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and as part of a team
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work weekends
Salary Expectations: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
