Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telesales Executive to join our expanding team at phs Group. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and promoting our products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients to target for new business opportunities
  • Make outbound calls to decision-makers to promote and sell our products and services
  • Establish relationships with new clients and nurture them to ensure long-term growth
  • Overcome objections and negotiate to secure sales and new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Positive and confident attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of generating leads and sales in an outbound call environment
  • Resilient and determined with excellent rapport-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
