Key Responsibilities:

As a Deputy Kitchen Manager at Miller and Carter, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training and motivating your team to achieve high standards
  • Sourcing and ordering ingredients, managing stock control, and preparing food to perfection
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Supporting the Head Chef in menu planning, food presentation, and overall kitchen operations

You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation, while upholding our brand's commitment to quality and excellence.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
