Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Facilitator Assistant to join our team in Shrewsbury. About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our teaching staff to provide individualized support to students, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, patience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide academic support to students, including homework assistance and project guidance.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong understanding of child development principles and effective learning strategies.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,800 - £29,800 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
