About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Care Home Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a General Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks across the care home, including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering. Our training program will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Carry out housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home.
- Assist with catering duties, preparing meals and snacks for residents and staff.
- Provide support to residents with their daily needs, such as assisting with personal care and mobility.
