Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Companion Support Professional. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
As a Companion Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, light cleaning, and meal preparation, as well as engaging in activities with our clients.
About the Job
This is a flexible opportunity to work as a Companion Support Professional, providing one-to-one care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will be required to work every other weekend and a minimum of two evenings per week. A reliable driving license and vehicle are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with light cleaning and meal preparation
- Engage in activities with clients, such as hobbies or outings
- Promote independence and well-being in clients
Requirements
- Experience working in a care setting
- Compassionate and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driving license
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.10-£12.25 plus bank holiday enhancements
- Mileage allowance at 35p per mile
