About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team. As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-to-one care to patients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Registration with the NMC as a qualified nurse
- Proven experience in chemotherapy administration and management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum
