We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the North of the UK, including Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, while also identifying new business opportunities in focused geographical areas.

About the Job:
  1. Achieving sales targets through the development of trading relationships with existing and new customers.
  2. Collaborating with suppliers to plan product promotions and drive sales growth.
  3. Utilizing project tracking and leads to optimize sales activities and achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Cross-selling relevant products to expand customer base and increase revenue.
  5. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive business growth.

About You:

  • Proven track record of success in account management and new business development.
  • Exceptional sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience in field sales around construction customers, with a passion for driving performance and achieving results.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £45,000, plus bonus and car allowance, making this an attractive opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to grow with a successful business.
