Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Implementation Practice for Alpha Data Services. As the Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of our F2B ADP/ADS solutions for clients, from pre-contract due diligence to post-go-live hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the ADS organization, providing thought leadership to clients throughout the implementation journey.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate the efforts of project managers, business analysts, testers, developers, and other support staff to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including GTS, SaaS Ops, Alpha Cloud Ops, Alpha Platform Engineering, Alpha Product, ADS Product, and Alpha Data Ops, to resolve data issues and implement solutions.
  • Support the defect resolution process by working with the development team to understand the root cause of data issues and ensure all defects are fixed.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, including client-specific requirements, to ensure efficient and effective implementation processes.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the implementation journey.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in data management, product, and market data roles and responsibilities.
  • University degree in computer science, data management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services data domains, including security master, entity master, benchmarks, positions, transactions, cash, performance, analytics, and data management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data management, data governance, service catalog, data lineage tools, operational dashboards, and process monitoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and Snowflake is a plus.
