Alpha Data Services Implementation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Implementation Practice Leads in State Street Alpha Data Service (ADS). As the ADS Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership to clients during the due diligence and implementation journey.
Key Responsibilities- Be the face of the ADS organization to take clients through the Alpha journey/adoption.
- Provide expertise in Financial Services, domain knowledge in Front and Middle Office services.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of F2B ADP/ADS solutions to clients, including pre-contract due diligence, business requirements, solution design, environment setup, development of custom components, testing activities, go-live activities, and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Manage at least one large client implementation or multiple medium to small clients concurrently.
- Partner with broader State Street Application/Service Owners to provide solutions in support of new client requirements.
- Collaborate with Alpha Service organization to enable ADP/ADS offerings for Alpha F2B Clients.
- Collaborate with upstream application and system owners within State Street to integrate into ADP using the standard model.
- Collaborate with internal technical and business teams to resolve data issues.
- Support defect resolution by collaborating with the development team to understand the root cause of data issues and ensure all defects are fixed.
- Act as the ADS Lead for all implementation activities with internal or external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Client Implementation Executives to align on Alpha implementation activities.
- Establish standard operating procedures and ensure adoption, including client-specific requirements.
- Communicate status and progress of the overall Implementation Program from ADS perspective.
- Be the voice of the client, continually assess and contribute to produce enhancements, software quality, and other improvements.
- Manage resources working on client implementation in a matrixed organization.
- Collaborate with external vendors as needed for client implementation.
- Manage Implementation budget, resources, and run rate to ensure operation within budget and managing scope.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills across all channels and levels of recipients.
- Demonstrate excellent motivational skills and lead by example.
- Influence staff in a matrixed organization.
- Support a culture of commitment, teamwork, and productivity alongside diversity and work-life balance.
- Must have experience in Front, Middle, and Back Office services.
- Business Analysis and Project Management skills are a must.
- Extensive experience with Financial Services data domains.
- Must have proficiency in SQL.
- Knowledge of Data Management, Data Governance, Service Catalogue, Data Lineage tools, Operational Dashboards, Process Monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge in Azure cloud platforms and Snowflake is a huge plus.
- Knowledge about internal and external integrations, triage issues, and implement/recommend solutions to data problems and anomalies.
- University degree in the field of computer science, data management, or other financial services technical field.
- 12+ years in data management, product, and market data roles and responsibilities.
