Care Home Turnaround Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Turnaround Specialist to join our team at Smartcall Recruitment. As a key member of our care home operations team, you will be responsible for driving improvements in care home performance and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the turnaround of underperforming care homes, implementing strategies to improve quality and efficiency
* Collaborate with care home managers and staff to develop and implement improvement plans
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide support and guidance
* Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements**

* Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin
* Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5
* Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults
