About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including managing staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring the smooth running of the home.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care strategies that meet the unique needs of each resident, and provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in person-centered care planning within a care home, and a natural ability to get along with people. You will be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records.

You will also need to be able to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and know what to do if there are any concerns.
