About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, supervise and coach colleagues, and provide specialist nursing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the delivery of care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the Home Manager and other healthcare professionals
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
  • Provide specialist nursing support to residents and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
