About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the level of clinical care we offer exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

This role is supernumerary, allowing you to focus on providing the best possible care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensure the level of clinical care meets or exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements
