Care Home Turnaround Specialist

As a Turnaround Manager, you will be responsible for improving the performance of underperforming care homes in our portfolio. This will involve working closely with existing staff to develop a vision and values for their home, ensuring they understand targets and regulatory compliance, and addressing specific deficits. Your primary focus will be on resident wellbeing, and you will be expected to demonstrate unparalleled kindness in all aspects of your work.
About You:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin, a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5, and proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. If you have a passion for improving care standards and a commitment to resident wellbeing, we encourage you to apply.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary, up to £60,000 per annum, plus a car allowance or company car (pro rata). You will also receive a pension scheme, paid DBS/PVG, and the opportunity to work for a leading independent healthcare company.
