About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can motivate and mentor their team to deliver high-quality care to our residents. As a Care-at-Home Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. This includes developing and implementing individualized care plans, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring work areas to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
  • Conduct risk assessments and monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance
  • Motivate and mentor staff to achieve excellence in care delivery

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

A Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
