Director of Childcare Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Childcare Director at our new Residential Children's Home in Wiltshire.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in residential care, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving quality improvement.

You will oversee all aspects of the home, including finance, HR, and compliance, while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior role within residential care.
  • Significant experience of financial management and budgeting.
  • An understanding of Ofsted requirements and previous supervisory experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary Details:

£57,500 per annum, plus benefits package.
