Deputy Home Manager Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care is provided to our residents. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

This role is supernumerary, allowing you to focus on providing the best possible care to our residents. We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. You will be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep accurate records. Your positive energy and ability to get along with people will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Manage time effectively and keep accurate records
  • Be a positive role model and mentor to colleagues
