Join Our Team as a Counter Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics UK. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our Brow and Beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve counter and service sales targets by delegating to team members, making connections with customers, demonstrating products, and booking repeat appointments.
  • Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
  • Teamwork: Foster a positive and motivated team environment through daily meetings, effective communication, and recognition of positive work.
  • Promotion and Special Events: Create innovative in-store and external events to drive business growth and engage with customers.
  • Stock Management: Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication between store/department managers and area managers.
  • Administration: Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration tasks and assist with area manager administration as needed.
  • Staff Rotas: Ensure staff rotas are completed fairly and on a monthly basis.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and display area.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £21,500 - £27,500 (dependent on experience and performance), a fun and dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.
