We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Designer to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a Senior Bid Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the running of our studio, working closely with our UK marketing and communication department.

Your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing graphics for bids, tender presentations, and other materials for our Bids & Pitching team. You will also be responsible for branding and promotional materials designed specifically for clients, as well as managing and creating a wide range of document and presentation templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-quality graphics for bids and tender presentations
  • Develop business graphics using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and other design applications
  • Manage and create document and presentation templates
  • Collaborate with the Bid Management team to execute requests in accordance with approved guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure all design work is in compliance with our brand guidelines and communicates our messaging clearly

Requirements:

  • Proven ability in design and printing
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to explain technical design issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Good understanding of project management
  • Organized, assertive, and confident individual
