Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.
  2. Develop and implement menu ideas, ensuring a focus on local and sustainable cooking practices.
  3. Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  4. Ensure high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
  5. Run the kitchen during the Head Chef's absence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Passion for cooking and menu development.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team.
