Film Office Coordinator

Job Summary
The Film Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the Bristol Film Office team, acting as a point of contact for filming enquiries and supporting the day-to-day running of our fast-paced service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing databases and processing filming permissions paperwork.
- Work with production clients and Council colleagues to support logistical arrangements for filming.
- Monitor compliance of business processes and accurately disseminate information to team members, colleagues, and clients.
- Use strong organisational skills to manage conflicting priorities and juggle multiple projects.
Requirements
- Experience of providing high-quality administrative support in a customer service and/or client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a busy team.
- High level of digital competence, including proficiency in IT systems and tools.
