Ruskin Mill Trust seeks an experienced Communication Specialist to join our team in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire.

The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week, over 42 weeks per year. We offer a salary range of £42,517 - £48,429 per annum, which equates to £40,352 - £45,963 when based on 42 weeks of employment.

This includes a market supplement of £2k.

As a key member of our team, the Communication Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with communication needs and has experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of speech and language therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
