A full-time opportunity to oversee technical publication services and manage documentation for a government client, based in Australia.
About the RoleWe seek an experienced Technical Writer with prior aerospace or Defence industry experience, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain Australian Defence Security Clearance.
- Prior experience in Publications or Technical writing within the aerospace or Defence industry is highly valued.
- Familiarity with S1000D standards is preferred.
- Previous team leadership or managerial experience is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to write and format technical documentation is crucial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mission system technical documentation, updating Publication Management Plans, and leading a team in delivering updates according to client expectations. An estimated salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
