About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Training Assistant. This role involves caring for and training our hearing dogs to assist deaf individuals, providing companionship and alerting them to important sounds.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Caring for one of our hearing dogs in your own home for 6-18 months at a time.
  • Learning more about dog behavior and training techniques through regular training sessions.
  • Providing direct support to deaf individuals, helping them reconnect with life.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
