About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Recruitment Manager to join our team at Four Squared Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from advertising roles to ensuring candidates have a positive and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on their resume, experience, and fit for the role, ensuring a thorough and fair evaluation process.
  • Conduct interviews and provide support to hiring managers throughout the interview process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Facilitate hiring processes, including making job offers and conducting background checks, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Proactively monitor recruitment activities and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering a positive reputation for our company.
  • Provide recruitment training to new hiring managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with employment legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices in recruitment.
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Manager with previous recruitment experience. You should have a passion for building strong relationships and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. The salary for this position is £41,000 per annum, and this is a part-time (30 hours) permanent position.
