About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase revenue, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage two Marketing Executives and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase revenue, and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with an external agency to manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, content, social media, CRM/email marketing, and PPC/paid social.
- Manage campaigns across all channels, including PR and influencers via an external agency.
- Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize outstanding organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role for a consumer business.
- Background in hospitality or premium products will be advantageous.
- Line management experience of at least one more junior team member.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
What We Offer:
A salary of c/ £33-36k + regular tips and benefits. This role will be mainly office-based. Due to the remote nature of our Client's location, we can only consider candidates with access to their own transport.
