About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional People Resourcing Manager to join our small but lovely HR team at Farncombe Estate. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment initiatives and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and expectations for various positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and identify potential candidates, including job boards, search licenses, referrals, and more.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on their resume, skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Conduct second-round interviews and support hiring managers as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including making job offers, conducting reference checks, and background checks.
  • Monitor frontline recruitment activity, identifying areas of concern and working with hiring managers to address them.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report metrics and trends.
