As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization strategies to drive business growth and improve online visibility.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
* Provide search engine accessibility consulting to ensure our website is optimized for search engines
* Develop and execute link building strategies to increase our online presence
* Execute blogger outreach programs to build relationships with influencers and thought leaders
* Demonstrate value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
* Research and keep up on industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
* Develop new SEO services and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Manage and develop junior resources to ensure the success of our team

Requirements:

* 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
* Must have an adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEO
* Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
* Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Must be highly detail-oriented
* Must have basic knowledge of web technologies
* Must have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores
* 4-6 years of experience managing SEO campaigns
* Prior team management experience
* Health and pharmaceutical experience is a plus
