Job Title: SEO Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to join our award-winning team at Sosemo, a distinguished digital marketing agency specializing in strategic media planning, purchasing, and campaign management.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-spirited, highly detail-oriented, and have exceptional problem-solving skills along with prior SEO and management experience, preferably at an agency.

Our office is located at 26 Broadway, and we offer a competitive salary (salary range: $82,500 - $95,000), bonuses, health insurance, life insurance, 401K, vacation/sick days, flex time, workers compensation, unemployment, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize our clients' online presence.
  • Provide search engine accessibility consulting to ensure our clients' websites are accessible to all users.
  • Develop and execute link building strategies to improve our clients' online visibility.
  • Execute blogger outreach programs to build relationships with influencers in our industry.
  • Develop and refine processes to improve our SEO services and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Manage and develop junior resources to ensure the success of our SEO team.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • Must have an adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEO.
  • Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented.
  • Must have basic knowledge of web technologies.
  • Must have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores.
  • 4-6 years of experience managing SEO campaigns.
  • Prior team management experience.
  • Health and pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
