Job Title: Japanese Speaking SEO Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Executive to join our team at Sosemo, a distinguished digital marketing agency specializing in strategic media planning, purchasing, and campaign management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SEO, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving business growth. They will be responsible for conducting keyword research, providing search engine accessibility consulting, and developing and executing link building strategies.

As a key member of our team, the SEO Executive will work closely with our dedicated team to leverage the potential of key digital channels, including search marketing (SEM/SEO), social media, display advertising, and programmatic strategies, to amplify brand visibility and facilitate customer acquisition for our valued clients.

The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, and be highly detail-oriented.

We offer a competitive salary (salary range: $82,500 - $95,000), bonuses, health insurance, life insurance, 401K, vacation/sick days, flex time, workers compensation, unemployment, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis
  • Provide search engine accessibility consulting
  • Develop and execute link building strategies
  • Execute blogger outreach programs
  • Demonstrate value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
  • Research and keep up on industry trends
  • Develop new SEO services and refine processes
  • Manage and develop junior resources
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
  • Must have an adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEO
  • Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Must have basic knowledge of web technologies
  • Must have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores
  • 4-6 years of experience managing SEO campaigns
  • Prior team management experience
  • Health and pharmaceutical experience is a plus
