Job Title: Brand Strategist

We are seeking a talented SEO Strategist to join our growing team at Sosemo, a distinguished agency that specializes in strategic media planning, purchasing, and campaign management. Our excellence is widely acknowledged in the digital realm, particularly in serving pharmaceutical and consumer brands.

As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for conducting keyword research and analysis, providing search engine accessibility consulting, and developing and executing link building strategies. You will also be responsible for executing blogger outreach programs, demonstrating value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports, and researching and keeping up on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  2. Provide search engine accessibility consulting to ensure our clients' websites are optimized for search engines
  3. Develop and execute link building strategies to increase our clients' online visibility
  4. Execute blogger outreach programs to build relationships with influencers and thought leaders in our clients' industries
  5. Demonstrate value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports to our clients
  6. Research and keep up on industry trends to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  1. 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
  2. Must have an adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEO
  3. Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
  4. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  6. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  8. Must be highly detail-oriented
  9. Must have basic knowledge of web technologies
  10. Must have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores
  11. 2-3 years of experience managing SEO campaigns
  12. Health and pharmaceutical experience is a plus

Please note: our office is following all CDC and state guidelines. We are looking for local candidates for this position. Employees currently have the option to work remotely, though you will be asked to work in-office on an as needed basis. An average of 2-3 days/week should be expected.
