Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing paid search campaigns, team management, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with proposal development, managing team roles and responsibilities, and ensuring the "Sosemo Approach" is followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with proposal development for new and existing clients
  • Manage and delegate roles and responsibilities to a team of 2-3 strategists and associates
  • Ensure the "Sosemo Approach" is followed by the team
  • Function as a strategic expert on the team to guide clients and the client services team
  • Work with Operations/Project Management to manage timelines and confirm all work is delivered in a timely manner
  • Manage clients and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct keyword research, social listening, analysis, and insights
  • Develop and optimize ads
  • Participate in PRC reviews for pharmaceutical clients
  • Demonstrate value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience managing paid search campaigns
  • 2-3 years of prior team management experience
  • Fortune 500 or prior big agency experience
  • Prior pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stellar presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
