About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Sosemo. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing and executing paid search campaigns, developing and optimizing ads, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of proposals for new and existing clients
  • Manage and delegate tasks to a team of strategists and associates, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to our "Sosemo Approach"
  • Function as a strategic expert on the team, guiding clients and the client services team
  • Work with Operations/Project Management to manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of work
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct keyword research, social listening, analysis, and insights
  • Develop and optimize ads
  • Participate in PRC reviews for pharmaceutical clients
  • Provide monthly/quarterly metrics reports to demonstrate value
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience managing paid search campaigns
  • Fortune 500 or prior big agency experience
  • Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills (virtually and in-person)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leadership qualities and ability to train and develop talent
